Keith Modugno, studio founder

7 (rewind)

Studio founder Keith Modugno began experimenting with recording in the early '70s, using a quarter-inch Dokorder four track reel-to-reel and a Teac mixer as a means of preserving a fledgling song writing dream. Luckily, these early attempts seem to have vanished. He then spent much of the late '70s and early '80s working in the periphery of the recording business, doing deliveries and installations at just about every major studio in the New York City area. These were the glory days of the Big-Budget Studios, and the height of analog recording technology. Feeling like a sugar-craved kid in a candy store, Keith dreamed of one day owning his own facility.

Life took it's twists and turns, as it often does, but Keith still held on to the dream of owning a world-class music production facility. Almost two decades passed before he found himself able to make that dream a reality, and SpiritWorks Productions was born. Perhaps Keith and the SpiritWorks crew can help make your creative dreams a reality...
